Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at [ lahkdyn@gmail.com ] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [ lahkdyn@gmail.com ]
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. If you miss the window, you can initiate a return once the order is delivered.
